Pass Weekly Quest Guide

Introduction

Today we are going to be working on the Quest for Assassin’s Creed Origins. This is a weekly Quest that expires on June 13th and is worth 250 rewards points. It requires us to complete one of two objectives.

Avenging Player Deaths

The second objective is to avenge one player. From my research, when we had this about a year ago, this objective is actually impossible at this point. The avenging player deaths was something that was part of the game at one point in time, but no longer appears to be part of the game, so I would definitely encourage everybody to focus on the first objective here.

Gaining One Player Level

The first objective says to gain one player level. I posted a guide back about 10 months ago for this game on getting from Level zero to level one. I will be linking to that guide in the description so that you can watch it if you are a brand new player and you have never played this game before and you haven’t finished this Quest before. This guide will take you through the opening tutorial, the opening battles and everything else that I am showing right here and it will get you from Level zero to level one if you haven’t played the game before.

Getting from Level Two to Level Three

If you have played some of this game before and maybe you did the quest with me back about 10 months or so ago, I am going to go ahead and skip to the next part of the game which is getting from level two to level three. The important thing about this quest to know is that you have to increase from the highest level that you have ever gotten in the past. For example, if you had played a bunch of this game before and you had leveled up to level 48, you would need to increase your level to 49 in order to complete the quest.

Getting to Level 49

Getting to level 49 can be a daunting task, but with a few tips and tricks, you can make it happen. In this article, we’ll look at how to get from level two to level three.

Starting from Level Two

If you’re starting from level two, the first thing you’ll want to do is hit the menu button and work on the next quest that is available. This quest should help you get the approximately 1100 XP points needed to get to level three.

The Gear Up Quest

The easiest quest to complete is the Gear Up Quest. To start tracking it, press up on the d pad to select sinew. You’ll then need to find some soft leather, which is represented by an icon of a little animal pelt in the upper left corner of your screen.

Finding the Materials

Once you’ve found the materials, you’ll need to craft a breastplate. To do this, you’ll need to look around and find some soft leather. Once you’ve found it, you’ll be able to craft the breastplate and move on to the next level.

Leveling Up

Once you’ve crafted the breastplate, you’ll be able to level up and move on to the next quest. If you’re starting at a higher level, you’ll want to work on different activities to get to the next level.

Good luck on your journey to level 49!

Finding Soft Leather at an Oasis

Discovering the Oasis

I discovered a small oasis to the east of my current location. Looking around the area, I pressed a to highlight it so I could see it off in the distance.

Calling Your Mount

I wanted to get to the oasis quickly, so I held down the d pad to call my mount. I had to make sure I held it down for a second to get a good, strong whistle. Then I pressed y to hop up onto my mount and rode over there.

Getting the Soft Leather

Once I arrived, I held down my left trigger to get my bow and arrow out and then right trigger to shoot. I was able to get a couple of pieces of soft leather from the first couple of animals I found there. I needed five pieces of soft leather in order to make the breastplate, so I went over to each animal and pressed y to loot and grab the leather. I was able to get four out of five pieces from those two animals. I then pressed up on the d pad again to find one more collection of soft leather.

Hunting Rams for Leather

I recently headed out in search of Rams, hoping to collect their soft leather. I spotted some on the road and stopped to take shots at them. After collecting the leather, I was reminded of the importance of not scaring the animals away as I approached them. I needed to shoot from a distance.

Crafting a Breastplate

I then opened my menu and went to the Gear section and the crafting option at the bottom right. I held down the A button to craft the breastplate and received 500 XP for doing so. This was a great way to level up from level two to level three.

Exploring for XP

I decided to explore the area and gain XP by completing mini tasks and different possibilities. I focused on the fast travel points, travelling to them on my mount and then climbing up to the top to synchronize. This was a great way to discover different things in the area.

Synchronizing in Assassins Creed Games

Assassins Creed games are known for their synchronization feature. Synchronizing allows players to gain more information about the area they are in and gain XP to level up. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to synchronize in Assassins Creed games.

Step 1: Climb to the Top

When you get to the location, climb to the top of that and press up on the left. Stick and a every once in a while to make sure that you keep popping up towards the top and make sure that youve got a clear path above you to get up there.

Step 2: Synchronize

Once you get up to the top of it, youll see a little Wooden pole, kind of sticking off to the side. Head out to the edge of that wooden pole and then press y to synchronize. Your character will get more information about the area as he kind of sees whats around them and then well also get some Xp, which will help us to get to our next level.

Step 3: Mini Tasks

On the way to the next synchronization point, there is a mini task that you can do. Look for a statue that is off to the side of the road and have your mount travel along the road. Highlight that spot and complete the mini task.

Step 4: Rewards

For each synchronization point, you should get about a hundred to 150 XP, depending on which fast travel point you synchronized at. Completing mini tasks will also reward you with XP.

The Statue of Ptolemy

The Statue of Ptolemy stands in the center of town, and it brings great sorrow to all who pass by. To gain some extra XP, players must destroy the statue. To do so, they must go up to the statue and start hitting the right trigger. Low level guards may be present, but they can be defeated. Upon destroying the statue, players will receive 150 XP.

Finding the Statue

In case players are having trouble finding the Statue of Ptolemy, they can switch to the map and locate it in the center of town. After destroying the statue, players should continue southwest to the next fast travel point, where they can synchronize again. Along the way, they can pick up extra XP by fighting various soldiers and animals, and by exploring different spots.

Destroying the Statue of Ptolemy is a great way to gain some extra XP. Players should be sure to explore the area and fight any enemies they come across to maximize their XP gain.
