Rockstar Games Update
Rockstar Games recently released an update to their PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5, increasing the tunable pool size from 2200 to 2500. This update, alongside an anti-cheat update, has left many players wondering what the implications of this change are.
Preparation for DLC?
The first option is that Rockstar are preparing for a DLC, which would require more tunables. This could mean that players are getting something for free or that more discounts are being added.
Memory Related Changes
As one player suggested, the tunable pool change could be memory related, allowing for more tunables to be added in preparation for future DLC. This would ensure a better experience for PC players, as fewer false positives would be reported.
GTA Online 10th Anniversary Discounts
Rockstar is planning something special for the 10th anniversary of GTA Online, with discounts on up to 300 different items. This could warrant an increase in the tunable memory pool size, allowing for more tunable variables.

Players can unlock the Santo Capricorns Livery for the Mammoth Avenger for free by playing Grand Theft Auto Online anytime this week. This stylish cosmetic upgrade will benefit the formidable military aircraft and floating base of operations that will be heavily featured in the San Andreas Mercenaries update.
New Party Shirts Available
Rockstar is also giving players the chance to spice up their wardrobe with new party shirts available at clothing boutiques city wide.
Double Money and RP on Flight School
In addition, Rockstar is offering double money and RP on Flight School. This is the same bonus they offered last week and is likely in preparation for the upcoming update.

VIP Work and Challenges
Elevate to CEO status, with at least one associate At Your Service to participate in VIP work and challenges, collecting illicit Contraband, completing backdoor drop offs, taking part in high speed police chases and more for two times money in RP.
Drop Zone
In Drop Zone, teamwork is key: a high altitude adversary mode, where squads of dueling parachuters fling themselves through the air to take control of a patch of land, far below capture and secure the zone for two times money and RP.
Transform Races
Transform Races offers triple rewards: traverse land, sea and air while shape shifting between various vehicles, boost and barrel roll your way through the finish line for triple rewards.
Vehicle Bonuses
At Simeon’s Premium Deluxe Showroom, there are five new cars available: the Dinka blista kanjo compact, the lampadati Novak SUV, the Pegassi Toros SUV, the Kennis Camacho off road and the Imponte beater Dukes muscle car. Over at the Luxury Auto showroom, there are also five new cars available.
Obey 8F Tractor Sports Car and Benefactor Slogan GT Sports Car
This week, check out the Obey 8F Tractor Sports Car and the Benefactor Slogan GT Sports Car at the Los Santos Car Meet. Place in the top three to win the Dominator GTT. The Car Meet races will be available for four days.
Test Ride Vehicles
Also available for test rides are the Vapid GB200 Lampadati Sin Quimilla, Annis Remus, and the Zirconium Journey 2 Van. The latter looks ridiculous on the podium.
Discounts
Take advantage of the discounts on Hanger properties and their upgrades and modifications, which are 20% off. The Hangar and Avenger are going to be a major part of this update, so it looks like you’ll need both.
GTA Plus Benefits and Bonuses
Rockstar has extended the GTA Plus benefits and bonuses period to June 12th. This is the final event week before the new DLC arrives, so make sure to take advantage of it. When the update arrives, Rockstar will be offering some free stuff as well.
